Who you are

We’re looking for aspiring UX/UI developers to work on one of our Agile teams to enhance Cognito Forms while learning how to excel in a professional software development environment.

What you’d be doing

• Working within the product team to translate complex requirements into elegant user experience designs
• Translating prototypes into front-end code
• Help maintain the CSS portion of the codebase
• PR review all markup and CSS changes made by your agile team
• Ensure our design system is faithfully applied to everything your agile team produces
• Gauging the usability of new and existing product features and participating in critiques
• Consult with marketing team to develop graphics for banner ads, emails, and web content

What you should bring to the table

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in an effective manner with a high level of quality
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• JavaScript knowledge is a plus but not required
• The ability to communicate and work directly with other developers
