Once you have been invited, you can join an Organization. You will receive an email with instructions on how to accept the invitation and will be taken to a page to either sign up for an account or to log in.
Quick Tip
If your organization has required two-factor authentication for all users, you will be prompted to set up 2FA when you sign in.
If you don’t already have a Cognito Forms account:
- Enter your first name, last name, and your password (your email address should already be filled out).
- Click the Sign Up button.
If you already have a Cognito Forms account:
- Enter your password (your email address should already be filled out).
- Click the Log In button.
If you already have a Cognito Forms account and have been invited with a different email address:
- Click the Log in with a different account link.
- Enter the email and password for the account you wish to use.
- Click the Log In button.
Once you have accepted the invitation and have logged in, you will be taken to your organization’s Dashboard.
