To prepay your billing plan:

1. Select your organization’s name in the top left corner and then select Settings.

2. Scroll down to the Plan section and click the Buy Credit & Prepay! link.
   

3. From this page, you can choose how many months and users you’d like to prepay for, as well as pick between different plans to calculate the total cost. You can receive up to a 20% discount on future payments. Click Select & Prepay once you are finished determining your amount.

4. Confirm your billing information and select Pay Now to complete your prepayment. After your payment is processed, you will receive a receipt.
